Many people are not clued up when it comes to LinkedIn, and personally, I think that LinkedIn is extremely powerful. I encourage my trainees/clients to network on LinkedIn, but their profiles must be optimized first.

Learn to use LinkedIn as a marketing resource to effectively to grow your Virtual Assistant business. LinkedIn is an excellent marketing tool for VAs to source new clients. It is also a valuable resource through which to build a network of connections in your industry, and stay in touch with existing clients and past colleagues. Use it to stay up to date with news and trends.
